What others say about us
“Staff at placement have gone above and beyond for the young person they are supporting. Having known, the young person for 18 months, you can see the positive impact staff have had with the young person, especially around managing their anger and emotional well-being. Staff have built up a good relationship with the young person in a short space of time and this is reflected in the young persons lovely comments about staff. They care about their young people and want them to achieve their full potential in life”. CATCH-22 caseworker.
“Since YP has been at this placement, they have made huge strides in working with placement to improve their behaviour. At the CLA review, sustained progress was noted with an improvement of emotional wellbeing, attitude to independent living, education and reduction in drug use. This has resulted in YP being removed from the MACE” Team manager.
“My child was in a very difficult place when they went to placement working with High Rise Support. The turnaround and encouragement received from support workers has been astounding. Often they have gone above and beyond their remit to ensure X attends crucial meetings and they have supported my child to engage with sports and education. Working with multiple agencies is difficult for most parents, and we are no exception, but our support workers have been amazing. They have coordinated with other agencies to ensure our child has the best chance and opportunity to turnaround their aimless and quite nihilistic lifestyle and focus on college, education and sport through their support” Parent.
